1. Enrollment

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older. To begin your transformational journey, complete our enrollment form with accurate personal and professional details. Admission is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

2. Payment

All fees are listed in USD. Payments must be made in full prior to the start date of your chosen program. We accept major credit cards and digital wallets. Fees are non-transferable except as outlined in the refund policy below.

3. Refund Policy

At SoulproGrowth.com, we honor the commitment you make to your spiritual and professional evolution. If you are not fully satisfied with a digital course, you may request a full refund within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible:

Submit your refund request in writing to our support team at support@soulprogrowth.com within the 15-day window.
Provide the original proof of purchase and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund.

After the initial 15-day period, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds (up to 50% of the course fee) may be granted if less than 50% of course materials have been accessed. No refunds will be provided once more than half of the course content has been consumed.

Administrative fees of up to 10% may apply to cover transaction costs. All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including written materials, audio recordings, videos, and proprietary exercises, is the sole property of SoulproGrowth.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulproGrowth.com and its affiliates, instructors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or materials.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
